My PSA – Regardless of political party. Trump could not prevent a novel coronavirus. However, he failed for 3 months to prepare our hospital systems, the American people, all while he golfed and held rallies calling it a hoax. Anything Obama-era he dismantled. He won't open insurance marketplaces because it was created by Obama.
This is all about Trump's bottom line. A) Re-Election B) His TV Ratings (from his own words) and C) his bottom line with his own businesses. Even the businesses say hey, wait, I want to make sure my employees are healthy before I bring them back. Trump doesn't want that. Does anyone see this country opening by May 1? I don't.
DeSantis, our governor made the claim that we can open schools because nobody under 25 gets this and hasn't seen a single case of that. DUH, we had a 3mo old diagnosed on the news – whom survived, thank god. DeSantis is a Trumper, and now since Trump declared Florida is his home state, favors galore will come.
Apparently FL is well stocked with PPE and Vents that weren't even asked for, but Trump will protect his home state now. DeSantis wouldn't shut down this state of Elderly and disabled people until what I see as too late. One of the last. Michigan started 2 weeks before we did. We are weeks from our peak in Florida. It's creeping up to us in Brevard County.
There is bi-partisan action and speak about Trump's handling of the situation and his daily joke pressers are killing his bottom line. Right now, there are 3 parties… Trumpers, Republicans, and Democrats. Trumpers have this sick cult-like love for him they will regret. I guarantee all will change if they were personally affected by covid-19. It's a matter of time.
A reminder to thank everyone who is saving those that can be spared. The person we need to listen to for what to do, how we should handle ourselves is Dr. Fauchi.
Regardless of political party, the man who has calls himself our president has without a doubt failed us, blood on hands. If you have no empathy, you are not human. We tune in to his daily press conferences, not for his ratings, but only because we are scared and we are looking to hear NOT his cheerleading for the country, NOT his eagerness to reopen the economy while most of the country has even yet to see a peak, days and months away, NOT to up his television ratings (what a sicko), NOT to joke about how he's "in a model" while thousands die, but to ONLY listen to the real experts. NOT that man baby Jared Kushner, NOT to listen to his compulsive pathological narcissism, NOT to listen to his grandiosity and NOT Trump himself. I turn the news off when he appears, just as the mainstream media.
If this is who you want to lead the country the next 4 years – you align with his malignant thoughts. Ask yourselves this, are we better off now than 4 years ago? No. We can't have a president who has psychological issues, drug use (hence the nickname "sniffy", has erratic speech, can barely read, and the worst is lack of empathy. He needs this virus to impact someone he is close too, and even then, I still think he is incapable of understanding. This is why Pence stands at the podium and portrays some essence of empathy because they know he is putting off the wrong message.
To our poor front line, knowing your supplies are short because he gives to those states who politically align with him.
Trust Dr. Fauchi. That's why he should have a Nobel Peace prize and be Time Magazine's Man of the Year. By a long shot.
Ask yourselves, "What do you have to lose?" These days, clearly, your life… and I'm not just referencing his reckless pushing of Hydroxychloriquine. He owns shares in Sanofi, a French manufacturer who produces the brand name Plaquenil. He's pushing his own pockets.
On that note, the President comes to the podium and talks about Project Airbridge. While it SOUNDS charitable and sounds like it's doing a good thing (which yes it is) but, 50% of cargo is directed wherever the U.S. government directs (which means Jared Kushner makes those choices), and the other 50% god only knows. However, those planes are going to China, where Trump has touted he has "friends" like those that own Alibaba and others. I want to see where these products are coming from.
Trump made a huge mistake by touting that his friends are helping. Yes, helping by selling a desperate U.S.A. by charging full price for everything on that plane. This is where we must say, who are these friends and how many of them have connections to Trump and what kickbacks in secret are being paid to his clan? You know he is.
Never believe Trump when he shows dismay for the Chinese. We are buying from the Chinese products now, that are going to fill foreign execs pockets and Trump will get a kickback. This is why he fired the oversight IG for his projects and hired one who aligned with his beliefs. Trump is profiting from Air Bridge no doubt, and pushing medicines without being a doctor, even when his own experts tell him not too, is dangerous and criminal.
Vote in November asking yourself, "Do we want 4 more years of this?".
