Trying out our new Ninja Foodi Smart XL Pro Air Oven 10 in 1… Turkey dinner night! 5lb turkey breast. This version is a version that includes smart features… like you put the built in temperature probe into the meat and it will cook it to that temperature. I have it on air roast mode for a crispy skin and juicy interior… and I brined it for a while in seasonings. That you desire….165 for turkey of course! I'll post a completed picture with details on how it went later!
