Never work for Amazon! Since my injury Tuesday night and the start of my workers comp claim put in by them immediately because they knew it was bad, I have been misled, threatened, denied a lesser position I applied for which wasn’t even supposed to be considered for another week, and had my paperwork rejected at first. They are trying to cause a mistake that would lead to immediate denial. A huge law firm, Farah & Farah here in Florida immediately took my case. In the end I will likely be forced into permanent resignation 
and it wasn’t even my fault. The legal team will call me Monday but I have to go into work still and they have to accommodate my injury or give me unpaid leave
It was ruled by docs that it’s not a pre-existing injury, definitely work related, and no pushing, pulling, gripping, lifting, and any other use of my left hand can be done. I expect accommodations so I can still work but I have a fear of retaliation especially once they find out I’m represented by a huge law firm. I’m just beyond angry.
