Ugh so sorry to everyone and not really being on Facebook! I have this love/hate relationship with my employer Amazon. You try not to believe what you read about working conditions, especially the full truth talked about on my favorite sub-reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/amazonemployees/ and now that I've been there 3 months today, I totally understand employee frustration and anger. I've made my voice be heard so I have a sit down with upper management at my facility soon. They don't ever, ever, care what employees have to say but I made them care. I shouldn't care because I'm just using them for their benefits and future opportunities… like college tuition fully paid, legal coverage and great medical coverage. I do teeter on a fine line though be cause they have tested my tolerance so much. So to all who say they know someone who hated their job, I can understand why now. I don't hate mine but Amazon has some ethical and managerial problems that annoy the trap out of me. Plus my facility is like being in the most dysfunctional family lol.
