Today's PSA: Not many people have experience being on a ventilator. This is one of the 3 times I've fought and won septic shock and I woke up with the vent still in, and it was awful to have a machine breathing for you and a tube in your mouth down your throat. That part was hospital negligence. First thing I did when I had the tube removed was call Julie Falk lol. I was freaked out!
