So I'm signed and paid for this schmancy house near Stuart, FL for March 1st – on a lake, about 2 miles from the ocean on a very quiet street and my older neighbors are from downriver as well, which was slightly odd… ha ha. It's only temporary to allow me time to get a mortgage. So, i'm happy, kids picked it out and they love it. It'll do.
