So for years we have subscribed to Sling TV. Apparently there has been a show on the air on public TV since 2001 called America's Test Kitchen. I discovered this because there is now a 24/7 channel for it on Sling. I find myself addicted to it like like I used to be addicted to Food Network back when they actually taught you recipes. The American Test Kitchen airs old and new episodes, with the same exact cast It's always had with very detailed recipes. They also test out equipment and different brands of different food items. It's really interesting to watch one episode from 2001 and an episode from 2022 with same people and learning new ways to cook for me.
