Omg, so last week, that day before Thanksgiving which started out hellish and ended up wonderful has another twist in that tale. I accidentally walked out of a Swarovski shop with a ring on my finger that I didn't notice for hours because I carry my keys on that finger. An epic mishap that neither I nor the clerk noticed. I have tried so hard to reach out to Swarovski, and I get no response. I'm sitting here trying to do what's right, lead by example, and the damn company won't acknowledge it. Jason's mom took a pic of Ava and I, horrible angle, no makeup, just aweful looking, but it shows exactly how it was overlooked. I can't go back to that store it's 2+ hours away, and i'm not comfortable mailing it in case something happens to it. Now my own phone haunts me with advertisements of this very ring. WTF i'm trying to be sooo me and do what is right but I can't reach anyone. I've asked for directions on the best way to get it back to them. That is so frustrating.
