My Andrew, just 9, just got home from spending time with his friend Ethan for a couple days. Had to break the news to him that the puppy he's had since birth was gone. It was heartbreaking all over again x 2. I couldn't bare to tell him while visiting his friend. Now everyone knows, maybe I can sleep tonight and no pun intended, rest in peace.
