Mother's day did not go down like I wanted it too for others. I feel horrible. However, this morning at 4a.m. Jason Mellen & Ava Mellenballer surprised me with a giant card and a 15pc Henckels knife set, so I feel lucky. I've always wanted a full set. I bought a $50 Heckles paring knife just 6 months ago and lost it 5 months ago and it hasn't been found since!
Ava made this picture for her teacher at school and we touched it up on my laptop before sending it today, as it's still teacher appreciation week til midnight! Ava has a special style to her drawing, but her handwriting needs a lot of work, lol.
I hope everyone out there had a good Mother's Day and valued the mothers you have while they are still around. I miss mine so very much 🙁
