Let me tell you what despicable thing that fucktard ex-husband and new wife did today. Wednesday of this past week… 3 days ago he swore to a settlement temporarily with my kids. I was to drive 45 minutes to Titusville, Fl (home of Kennedy Space Center)… he was to arrive with 3 of 4 kids as sworn too in court just 3 days ago. He has stolen my baby kids for 9 months purely on the basis of money.
They failed to use the legal app required to communicate. At 8:15am we called Titusville police, they said it was black and white but they could only retrieve my kids on a custody order. A case file was opened, and forwarded to that Brit pig and Swine Filipina that they dare not interfere. Police sided with us but I need more.
My gut reaction this morning was they won't show… instinct knows best. I just want him to spend a weekend in a FL jail to set in place he can't do this and of course my lawyer is on this asap. He can't count not answering ignoring the legal app to communicate, and legal plans he swore to in court just on Wednesday. They knew outright to deliver. The filipina is in control…
I am just in disbelief they would disobey an order from 3 days ago. They do not want my children to speak if what happens there. My kids will spill the real truth without asking and they fear this. I want this SOB to spend time in jail for disobeying court orders just 3 days ago that he swore too having. He now owes me 9 months of backsharing which means custody. How could he do this from me after negotiating a truce 3 days prior set in law stone?
Lawyer will file emergency motion Monday, until then I pray. It's not right.
