Kids just keep shocking me. My daughter Caitlyn who won't be 6 until February, is a computer savvy child. She's had a iPhone (ugh) in her hand since she was 1. Now she's a Minecrafting, Xboxing, gadget girl like her mom 🙂 I told her to turn the sound down on the computer, and it completely floored me that she knew how to take the mouse, click on a tiny arrow in the taskbar to reveal a hidden sound icon, and manually turn the sound down. Half the adults i know can't even do that, lol. My kids are going to be iPhone mac lovin' Starbucks going snoobs…. lol. I've never heard of a 12 year old boy like my son say yesterday, "Can you get me a java chip frappucino and cream cheese with a bagel from Starbucks?" Cripes, I didn't discover Panera til I was 25. I don't frequent Starbucks, ha ha. Now my 5 year old is in the kitchen making herself a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and she's never even helped me in the kitchen before. YouTube is either going to be a great evil or a better good…. we'll see in about 10 years when the YouTube generation goes to high school.
