I'm pissed at Amazon. I had a $500 gift card to use and the dummies billed my bank account. Plus now you either call Mexico or India to deal with them. Bring back the good old days of hiring Americans. I hung up on them 2 times because they read from a computer screen rather than actually answer your question from their brains. They have awesome customer service though, so i'm looking forward to a good resolution.
