I'm not used to this. Untouched raw photos. I don't have many photographer friends that know about Auroras, except a couple who love the Aurora stuff in MIchigan, but my camera equipment is seriously being affected by geomagnetic radiation. In all my years I have never had a night shot in raw for NEF or otherwise become distorted, the sky becomes distorted, all my photos are affected except for a few caught earlier in the evening. Just look at these horrible photos and what is happening to my camera sensor. And what's up with the one that looks like Trumps head as a coronavirus cell. I don't get it, never seen it, I only shoot raw. Mirrored and mirrorless. Dave Burns have you ever had problems? I'm way down here in Florida too. Also Palm Bay & S. Brevard County – Weather Nerds anyone have issues?? ** Edited to add, I was viciously being eaten by mosquitoes and all tonights photos are blurry and not going out again until I see some evidence for real that it's in the sky tonight…but you can clearly see distortions. The first bad ones are from the 11th when everyone in Florida saw it.
