I'm going back to work tomorrow. I do have a note extending my leave out, but I just can't stay away from the place. Am I better? Absolutely not, except the coughing fits that last a half hour have calmed down, but I am not contagious anymore.
Since coughing is taboo in society now, and I get nasty looks when I did before going on leave, even with a mask on, I'll have to deal with that a lot tomorrow.
The worst part is I'll get there tomorrow, they'll say there is no work to do, and just stand around for 10 hours. I need to be doing something, and standing around will make me profusely sweat, hurt my feet, and make my symptoms worse. Pushing 50lb carts for hours on end won't help but that won't happen tomorrow.
I'll be attempting to mozy around tomorrow hoping they actually provide the accommodations I need to get through just probably a week more (like sitting, light duty, etc.).
