I went outside last night to do lightning photographs in protective gear, 12 minutes later I was running inside screaming because I had been swarmed and stung at least 30 times by mosquitoes through the bug barrier. I started to have a panic attack, got my bestie Julie Falk on video call while I was about to pass out from pain and the allergic reaction. Caitlyn ended up calling 911. By time I got to the hospital every muscle in my body kept seizing up and cramping. I was in the worst pain of my life ever. They pumped me full of stuff and now I'm home but very very sore. The bugs managed to bite every joint in my hands.

I'm so sad, my passion here is lightning at night and I feel like I can no longer safely do it. I hate this state. Here's a pic of just 3-4 on my left hand but there were 7 total just there.. one on each finger.
I do have good lightning shots to justify just one bite, not a body full..
