I knew when I saw the photo of the mint director holding the last penny with his bare fingers that it would leave a mark. It should have had the respect of white glove service. Yeah I wouldn't pay a dime for the last penny to come out under-whelmingly graded with fingerprints on it. But hey, if someone wants to spent a million or more, so be it! By the way everyone, no the value of a penny will not go up, there are trillions in circulation but of course, people are getting away now selling a roll of 2024 and 2025 pennies for over $20! I'll continue my hunt with those cheap indian heads and wheats lol.
