I have a lot of Turkey leftovers so I've been experimenting at meal time. Jason Mellen would agree that my cooking is superior, especially turkey lol. So here we have a hawaiian sweet roll stuffed with some dark meat and gravy, then batter dipped in my special batter I make and then BAKED to a crisp (generous amounts of PAM there) and it tasted very good.
