I hate Florida for all it’s worth. No basements so every pipe is cemented into a foundation. We have had a pipe leaking at 2.5 gallons a minute for a week then they come in and destroy the flooring and who’s left responsible for putting it back together? Now I gotta worry about strange creatures, weird arachnids and lizards sneaking in too. Oh let’s not forget the thousands on a water bill! 😭😭😭😭
