I finally have a video for you all of that pig Rose and my Ex being what they are, vicious, destructive, and nasty. Just read this story behind it all. My Ex-Husband Matt (more like a doormat) is a piece of shit and I think all my friends know that by now. But now, I have this video, and a police officer offering up his body cam footage to prove that his man is abusing the justice system for purposes other than it's primary intent. Have you ever had an police officer tell you to retrieve their body cam footage? I was surprised and thrilled. You will see it in the video. They have stolen away from me my two precious children, Andrew and Caitlyn now. I don't know what false stories have been said, but Caitlyn is fearful of that pig Roselou. This video sort of shows it. Ava, she is like me, she knows not to listen to them, that Mamma has always been good and runs from them when she see's me. Here's the story – I don't attend exchanges for the children because that POS got a restraining order based on a lie while I was in the hospital over 2 years ago. He should have never been issued one, let alone be granted a permanent one. In every state one year is standard, and then you must renew it with cause. I never saw what they said I did because I was in an ICU and a nurse accepted the service but failed to give me the papers. They took advantage knowing I was too sick to fight. They never heard a defense from me. So anyhow, somehow they got the Brevard School District in their back pockets and against state law, went in and erased Jason's name from the emergency card/pickup list. That is illegal. One parent cannot erase another parent's choice – and I think that's fairly universal around the country.
So, the district opened up a can of legal worms by allowing this, and if I had video of what went down in the school office and their hired rent-a-cop that acts like he's the shit and speaks in place of administrators, they'd be over. Key is, they have video. Nothing goes unrecorded in that office. Without delving into that story too much, I can tell you they stepped in the way, and deliberately violated a court order and brought Matt into the school office. This school resource officer, stepped beyond his legal boundaries by a long shot and made his word the law. Caitlyn has no choice, no right to choose who she goes home with – it was my day, I was there for 40 minutes to pick the girls up and they called Matt into the office. In the middle of the office they created a scene in front of other parents and small children making my daughters cry because this man is evil. By court order, Matt had no business being there.
Fast forward again to the day before Thanksgiving. My rockstar mother-in-law offered to assist in the retrieval of my kids. She's a very smart and intimidating woman, she is a Ph.D in this area, just as Jason will soon have his Ph.D.
Matt now demands that I be at exchanges and not Jason. As I said, I don't go, and it's because he tries to set me up for arrest. I am allowed to communicate with Matt via a special app that is admissible to the courts. What he has done is print off these messages to make them look like I send him texts, and on numerous occasions has tried to use this as ammo. First of all, I don't do the communication, Jason does. Second of all, I could care less about this dirty little f*cker. I never want to see him again. He's never been threatened with physical violence or anything else. He's specifically trying to convince people that I'm sending him messages, which ordinarily could have me arrested. However, we have a family court that orders communication and that trumps his injunction.
After the completion of the video the officer drove his SUV toward us 3 talking in the lot (Ava was in the car) and went off the record, he actually turned off his body cam so he could tell us his personal opinion (after he told off Matt and Matt left the scene). I didn't know they could just flip off a body cam lol. He said he's been in law enforcement 24 years. He said that he is cop shopping for a police officer who may not understand the whole scenario and why I can communicate. He said he's a piece of shit who is baiting me. He asked me, "Where did you meet that guy?", I begrudgingly told him "on the internet in 1999" as he laughed and shook his head. He said to make sure we get his body cam footage and to get all the callout reports because he's done this 6 times with this officer and about 20 times with other officers and twice here in Palm Bay. Needless to say he has yet to find a cop to buy his story.
We all knew he baited me to be there. Why else would he demand my presence. But on video, car window rolled down, camera facing that pig Rose, I said smile for the camera rose, look how many lives you have destroyed.
Now I can go into court, strip him of that injunction and resume normal life without fear of arrest. When a cop knows you are in the right, then I know what my next steps are!
