I can't tell you how devastating it is to have your attorney either quit or get fired from her firm when she knew absolutely all the minute details of my case and I just talked to her on the 20th with no signs of any problems. This could be a great thing too because she was slower than a turtle crossing the road with no legs. You put your trust, faith and everything into this one person and poof. My new atty is out on bereavement so it's like wham bam. They better get moving on motions for contempt ASAP! 10K has been paid to get nowhere. I hope this is for the best! A managing partner is overseeing for now. How do I get a new lawyer to replace the passion of another knowing the story… omg.
