I asked the lawyer this (waiting for a response) and have googled it with mixed answers, but Amazon has trashed my resume and an application for two positions within a day or two (before their consideration period) since my work related injury. I feel discriminated against because who knows what condition I’ll be in within 30-60 days. I may be fine. I don’t think it’s right. They won’t use this opportunity to train me either to move up the ladder.
