I absolutely hate big media & music artists that slam you with a full on copyright violation where your videos get blocked worldwide (thankfully no ban this time) because you use a 5 second clip. That's just fricken selfish. It's companies & musicians like Fox & Viacom (think SpongeBob) or stupid Psy you can't dare use, but you don't know that until it's too late. It's hit or miss whether certain mashups I make will results in a violation. As long as you aren't out for profit or using it for bad purposes, I don't get why. I don't support these type of companies and artists. I can use full Eminem songs or many other artists and they are OK as long as I acknowledge it's a 3rd party. Just no way of knowing.
