Gonna make some homemade strawberry/lemon ice. I like it super tart but also super sweet at the same time. 6lbs of lemons (juice and peels) to less than 2 gallons of water. Not quite a 1:1 ratio on liquids to sugar though either… lol 🙂 It's one of those foods where a spoonful of too much can really ruin a day for me though 🙂 I love it though!
