Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes. My schedule at Amazon.com at MLB1 in Cocoa, FL, has been very hard to get used to despite me being a night owl. I work Sunday – Wednesday's from 6:30p.m. til 5a.m. and I have so little time to sleep and then get up and get ready again, I barely have time to eat. I've been through 3 pairs of composite toe work shoes in 4 days, but they are rough on my feet. Thankfully Amazon pays for them. I hope my feet get used to it.

If you can imagine this I am doing training on the forklift. Me + heavy machinery don't typically mix lol. My goal is to get training in every department. Amazon also pays for 100% of your tuition at major universities, so I'm trying to decide between University of Central Florida or WGU Online. I can officially start classes after January 17th. We are also the founding employee's of this new warehouse so we are likely to be promoted quicker. After forklift training, then I'm supposed to be training to become a problem solver.

All this…. just one week in. Plus I have an awesome management team and my co-workers are pretty cool.
