I miss my family and friends so much already! I connected my world back together and I'm actually very depressed now. I miss my BFF so bad, my sister, my brother, my nieces including Amelia whom I just met and is soooo adorable. I miss my home, as ghetto-gate as it is. I love how now there is more food diversity beyond Chinese and Mexican in Downriver, lol. I love how Detroit is progressing. It sucks living in such a divisive, politically fragmented state with over-the-top laws. Sure, there are benefits of Florida, but moving here changed my life. It's so expensive, the property taxes are horrible, the sales taxes is 7%, gas prices are high, and as I just noticed after visiting Michigan, grocery prices are even higher here. I hate saying soda, it's pop. Benefits, no state income tax and I can vote here. This is a place that is great for a visit, but living here is a different world that I still have not gotten used too.
