Just 2 weeks until we go to Puerto Rico! The girls are very excited. I think this is the only destination I haven't traveled to for the food. Latin (Caribbean style) cuisine is not my thing. I thought i'd love it, like Mofongo and stuff, and i'm also not a huge pork fan. Thank god there is every mainland USA chain within 25 miles lol. The girls are going to be impossible, but we will try to get them to eat some local shack foods! I'm just looking forward to the ocean view, beaches, history and doing photography there. The girls are scared of their first flight and usually i'm the one that has to be knocked out to fly, but now I gotta be the one to explain to them everything that happens and what is ok and what is not on a flight.
