Lake Wales, FL needs to enact some law that prevents dumpsters being emptied at 4a.m. by trash trucks 50ft from your windows. It literally startles the world awake twice a week with the metal on metal, reverse backup sounds and quite possibly could be life altering in a bad moment for a vulnerable heart patient. 🙂 They enact some pretty stupid stuff here, why not this.
