So, to those that actually know what I've been going through, the state of Florida has knowingly filed a false document in the 10th judicial circuit that can completely damage what little reputation as a mother (for pretty much no reason) I have left. What happened is my caseworker who was on my side quit under bad circumstances with the department of Children and Families. When she left, essentially they burned my file. The state wants to use me as an example without knowing what my son did to me. It's a relatively simple case in terms of stupid things going wrong. Well, this document was generated, signed off by courts and attorneys as true to the best of their knowledge. In this document, it states that I have been 100% non-compliant and have never done anything they asked me too.
I went last week to DCF to confront a man who called me a liar. He called my former caseworker a liar and blamed her too. Said everything listed in this legal document was true and that I was obsessively lying at one point. So, smart me, I go to the court, took me 10 minutes to pick up every document that shows I absolutely am 100% compliant. I went back to DCF to tear this SOB apart for filing a false legal document which will be his 3rd degree felony, and to record the absolute corruption that I just proved happens.
My former caseworker, whome I just had a healthy conversation on FB with is pissed off now. There is more than enough grounds for a lawsuit and defamation for both of us. This document is damaging to my reputation, to her reputation and so forth. She testified in court I was in compliance back on July 29th that's how obviously falsified this document is. WE have come to the conclusion that her bosses basically just made up a bunch of nonsense to meet a deadline after she quit.
This document is so damaging it could cost me my children permanently for no reason so I have been presented by attorneys. I will be taking on this state in court for this action. I want all parties that signed it as truth to be held accountable to the 3rd degree felony it is. That's a lot of people. If it took me 10 minutes to grab all the evidence, then it's clear something went down. That is why Florida is corrupt. Do not raise your kids here.
