So I just got back from the orthopedic surgeons office. Basically she went through my CT images and showed me where all pieces of my back shattered off. I have this weird thing that is like a body cast, ha ha, but at least I can take off. She said no surgery required because pieces are fragments. I also discovered this afternoon I was born with Spina Bifida which nobody ever knew. She showed me a hole in some area of my back. She expects i'll be in pain for 2-3 weeks. Only 2-3 weeks lol. Bad news of the day is every single one of my labs has tanked, and I hope I don't end up on an IV 3-4 times a week again. My white blood cell count was astronomically high, I had too many platelets in my blood, etc. i had too little amount of CO2 in my blood So, wonderful. 🙂
