Hoping that this years turkey doesn't turn out like last years turkey. My mom cooked the one last year and it was like the Griswold family turkey in Christmas Vacation. One cut and it poofs steam, tough and dehydrated!! It's a myth that turkeys require 12 hours too cook! I'd make it because mine are awesome but I don't feel like cooking this year!!
