Upcoming Flights

I’m having a good day as usual today… not much going on.  Julie called me a bit ago and as usual we are both dying for some cow meat and Longhorn Steakhouse.  My favorite dish is back… the filet and crab bake, but at $23.95 for it, I told Julie it will have to wait since we are going to Europe soon.  I hope we can go before we leave.  I may take Julie for a birthday dinner there (Julie, you didn’t just read that!).  I haven’t worked out whether it will be before or after I get back… but hopefully before.  It will also be a combined mother’s day gift, because who knows how much Tom will actually do for her.  She deserves a mothers day present for the last 9 months of her life doing everything alone!

I got my cool new Dyson about 4 months ago and I am totally loving it.  I got it for myself as a present just because.  I guess i’m a vacuum obsessed person because I love to do it.  My golden retriever sheds enormous amounts of hair and it does an excellent job at picking it up.  I just thought i’d share because I just got done vacuuming and I love it.  I do it several times per day.

I have not slept well over the past few weeks.  I’m battling a bit of insomnia.  I think it has a lot to do with my upcoming 8 hour flight to the UK.  Last nights dream I was begging my doctor for something to knock my out and we had to put the flight on hold while she ran back to her office (which happened to be in the airport) so she could get me some valium or something.  My next docs appt is two days before we leave so hopefully I really can get something.
