Joey's finally home!
It’s been a pretty boring week… not much to report on. Well baby Joey finally came home from the hospital, that is about it this week. He’s well secured in their new place of residence! I guess one thing that aggrevates me about Julie is that she won’t let anybody watch him. Ok, yes I can understand he is a teeny tiny infant and just home from the hospital…but here’s the thing. She’s got a bad rash all over her body and she’s miserable feeling because of it. I told her to go to urgent care and get some cream or something for it. She says, “No” because she doesn’t want her mother or anyone watching him because he just came home. I’m sorry, but I was feeling that bad, I wouldn’t fret to leave my child with a trusted person, especially my mother. If you read this Julie, you already know that I think your being mean about it! :o) ha ha….
Yes we will have differing opinions all the time because I raise my kids one way and i’m sure she will raise hers another.
Paul’s birthday is tomorrow……….he’ll be 27. Woohoo.
I have not been able to workout all week at the Y for a mysterious reason…. it’s closed and I have no idea why. I showed up there one day and not a sole was around. The building was dark. There were like 3 people in the pool outside, which is odd in the first place since it was supposed to close on Labor Day. I’m missing my workouts. I do have a whole gym setup in the basement… I suppose I could have used that, but the equipment just isn’t as good as it is at the Y.
Not much going on otherwise. We tried a pizza place today, we figured it had to be good because they’ve made such a beef locally in the paper because of advertising issues within the city. I figured if they are willing to put up a fight to have a sign outside then it must be good. Well, it was good, and the pizza was easier to eat for me because the crust is thin and soft. I still can only eat like a 1/2 a piece though. Plus it’s a penny cheaper than Little Sneezers Hot & Runny pizza.
