Devil's Night a.k.a. Oct. 30th!
Well this week has been a week of good and bad. I was just in a bad mood most of the week. I mostly fretted about my birthday, which I usually do every year, and the fact that I had an incredibly hard math test last week. I found out today that I didn’t fail it, but I didn’t do as well as I wanted to. I got an 80%, which is still good, but my average is now 93%, which is still an A. In English I knew for sure that I was going to fail my last assignment, but low and behold, I manage a 100% on it. Sometimes things just amaze me.
Well Friday evening, my brothers girl had her baby finally. Her name is Rachel Gail Gurtowski. I DO NOT like the fact that she wouldn’t give it Paul’s last name. At least she could have done one thing for him. Anyhow, she was 7lbs and 3oz, and 19 inches long. She is such a cute little thing. A heck of a lot lighter than Chris, that’s for sure! We went up to Sinai-Grace hospital in Detroit to visit her tonight, and that was very awkward for me, since Ive only met Heather for 30 seconds in the last 2.5 years, despite her visiting my grandmas almost daily until a year ago.
Anyhow, Im now going on 20 weeks!!! Hooray, half way there. Only another week and a half until my ultrasound. I’m so excited I can’t wait!!!! I have a doctors appointment a couple days ahead of time, so I have lots of questions to ask. I want to be able to schedule my c-section at 28 weeks, incase people want to plan for their time off, or travel to see the child (which could happen). I also want to ask the doc, what my possibly for a successful VBAC is, and can I have a scheduled induction if I chose too. Those are the two most important things I have to remember to ask him this next week.
